Why does karmin not swear

Keep making the music that I love so much. Great love your way! This makes me think about bout their original video for Sugar. It's almost the same thing.

I'm still a Scorpio at heart, so Is there an artistic reasoning behind the videos? Like why they are sitting? Well these videos are not official videos just visuals for the audio, kind of having a small connection to the signs. I feel like these songs potrays no matter Wat sign u r we may feel let down in some part of our life. Did a live cover of this. I'm so in love with Leo Rising.

Such a solid album. Hope you tour Canada soon! I'm a scorpio and this song suits my taste a lil bit too much it's crazy.. Nick spread legs makes feel excited and Amys open vest.

Now I can say that im really bi. This is the one. My absolute favorite. The instruments the vocals harmonies etc.

After all you did to me You left me standing in debris But yeah, I'd take you back You know I always take you back Had the heart to let you go. Camille Sia. Sara Brisky.

Krusha Mae. Juan Felipe Rodrigo. Funny Video. Joshua Agong. Lil hoe peep. Montana Moore. Joe Togeski. Ariana Grande. Lolbit Xx. Javi Silva. Karolina Wilk. Samm Lim.

The Travelling Composer. I styled our hair for Crazy Hair Day at summer camp in Wyoming. College was also the first time I had ever set foot in a Sephora.

I remember being completely blown away by all the free samples. I thought it looked like it could only work in high fashion, but maybe I could figure it out and make it my own. I spent a lot of time on YouTube looking up tutorials that showed how to style your hair in two of those cinnamon-roll type of styles, which was called the victory roll,' but I modified it to have just one hair roll—the suicide roll. It used to take me over an hour in the mirror to get it right, but now I have it down to five minutes.

Those twists and spirals were my favorite thing to do—butterfly clips! I felt more powerful. That was when I started rapping too. This was the very beginning of Karmin, so not many people knew who we were, but when I had my hair styled like that, people would stop us on the street and ask for a picture. I know it was because of the hair. Suddenly, all of these new things were happening, and I thought, This is going to be my trademark.

I used to hate lipstick—it was always sticky and would make my hair go in my mouth when I was singing. But once I found this perfect and cheap! Revlon red, I noticed that my features popped so much more in our videos. And it was terrifying.. I mean it took a couple years actually to I guess transition into my true self and feel my own power in my music again.

And my husband, who was in Karmin with me, a big reason why this worked was because he learned how to produce. Your new music is a lot more Hip-Hop influenced than what you were making as part of Karmin.

Was that a conscious decision? It was both. Like even at that time, Nicki Minaj was singing on a lot of songs. And I was like, what is this inequality for women in Hip-Hop!?

I know that historically some would say that Hip-Hop is male dominated and misogynistic even, if you wanna go there. I felt like more people would wanna join that movement.

Like Hip-Hop became the number 1 genre two years ago.. Laughs Not at all. The drums sound sharp too. Oh my God, the drums are so important to me.

That sound, that sound we got from people like Kanye and Timbaland. And Dre! Like have you seen The Defiant Ones? How do you navigate through that and balance it all? It took a long time, you know you have to be patient with yourself.

And for me, I really wanted to make them proud. Like at some point, I have to step up and do what my soul is telling me to do. Yes I think the fact that you still have a great relationship is a blessing.

Not everybody is that lucky. I believe Nick has now taken a more behind the scenes role in your music. As husband and wife, how do you create a balance between professional and personal life? Does it ever get stressful? Laughs oh yeah, it does get stressful sometimes. He pushes me and I probably push him and open his mind up to things. Now to keep your romantic life alive? Yes, you have to put in the work and really formalize a few things.

But on the professional side?
